Return Policy
We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items throughout our web site. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your order we will gladly refund all of your money for unopened items (less shipping costs). If the item has been opened, we will issue an "in-store" exchange. If you need to return an item please email us at: returns@perfectrice.com and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and give you exact instructions on how to return your order. Backorder Policy If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and offered the options to wait, order something else, or cancel your purchase. If you select to wait then when the item becomes available, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. The wait period should not exceed 10 days. If Item becomes unavailable or discontinued you will be notified by email and your order cancelled. Shipping Policies Shipping Charges We charge the exact shippingt cost from UPS, FedEx or DHL plus a small handling charge of $3.50 per order.
