How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are based on product weights and to where the order is being shipping to. When you submit your order, the shipping will be calculated before the order is finalized so you can check the shipping charge prior to authorizing payment.

How do I track my order?

When item is shipped, an email will be sent to you.
The email will include the shipping and tracking details.

What is your return policy?

We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items throughout our web site. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your order we will gladly refund all of your money for unopened items (less shipping costs). If the item has been opened, we will issue an "in-store" exchange.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept credit cards, paypal and personal checks, but not COD's

How are orders  processed when paid by check

Once your order has been confirmed by email, please mail your check to the address given in the confirmation notice. We will notify you when we receive your check and once your check is cleared, we will ship your product and email you the shipping and tracking information.

Please note: Personal check must be cleared before product is shipped.

How is my order shipped?

That depends on size and weight, Perferred method is FedEx, however will also ship via UPS and DHL

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 days, and depending on delivery service add 2-10 days.
